I continue to offer counselling and supervision via telephone and video only.​​

 

I am an experienced and compassionate Senior Accredited counsellor and supervisor and qualified in 2003. I work with clients over the telephone and with video sessions. If you are unsure about counselling and have questions, please contact me and I hope I could help.  Anxiety, stress, illness, bereavement, work problems, relationship issues and adjustment to various life events are some of the things I can help with.  My original core training was in the Person Centred approach.  I also work with brief and time limited therapy.  In my experience, many clients will benefit from integrating more than one approach to their therapy.

Entering into counselling can feel daunting and provoke anxiety.  I hope to engender a sense of safety, trust and a solid working alliance, in order for you to achieve maximum benefit from engaging in counselling with me.  I have many years of experience, both with individuals and couples, and have a varied and robust work history.
